832HDA – Black 1:1 Epoxy UK/EU

832HDA is a 2-part, low-viscosity, black, general-purpose epoxy potting compound. It has been formulated to match the performance of our popular 832HD while complying to EU regulatory requirements. The epoxy cures to a rigid finish, making it suitable for protecting circuits from physical impacts such as shocks and vibrations. The low mixed viscosity enables superior wetting that ensures complete encapsulation for even the most complicated circuit geometries.

Full Product Details

Ancillary to physical protection, the 832HDA protects against harsh environmental exposure such as humidity, salt water, fungus, corrosive gases and many harsh chemicals. The epoxy is also electrically insulating and protects circuits from static discharge and arcing.

This epoxy has a convenient 1:1 volume mix ratio, making it compatible with most dispensing equipment. 832HDA can be cured at room temperature or higher.

For a 2:1 mix ratio, consider 832B. For clear 2-part epoxies, try 832C or 832WC. We also offer flexible, thermal and high-temperature epoxy potting compounds.

Our 2-part flame-retardant epoxy potting compounds are 834B, 834HTC and 834FX.

We also offer polyurethane and silicone potting compounds.
