843AR-340G – Super Shield Silver Coated Copper Conductive Paint

An EMC spray coating in convenient aerosol packaging. It is a solvent-based acrylic lacquer, pigmented with a highly conductive silver-coated copper flake. It is smooth, hard, and abrasion resistant. It adheres strongly to most injection-molded plastics, such as ABS, PVC, nylon and polycarbonate.

  • UL Recognized (File # E202609)
  • Excellent adhesion to plastics
  • Provides effective EMI/RFI shielding over a broad frequency range
  • Mild solvent system, safe on polystyrenes
  • HAP free—does not contain toluene, xylene or MEK

843AR helps achieve electromagnetic compliance by creating a conductive coating for the interior of plastic electronics enclosures to provide EMI / RFI shielding. It excels when higher levels of shielding are required, and provides significant savings compared to silver alternatives.

This aerosol product is also available in liquid format. We also offer a more economical nickel alternative, and a more conductive silver alternative. Before applying this product to plastic, it is good to clean the surface with IPA.
