EMI / RFI Shielding

emi shielding

In today’s high-density electronic environments, electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio-frequency interference (RFI) can disrupt signal integrity, degrade performance, and lead to device malfunction. Our shielding solutions provide reliable, cost-effective protection—minimizing emissions and preventing external noise from penetrating sensitive circuits.

These products include conductive paints and adhesives designed for excellent conductivity and strong adhesion on plastics, composites, and metals. With easy application and compatibility across diverse manufacturing processes, these products help OEMs and repair teams achieve consistent shielding performance while reducing design complexity and overall system risk.

  • Maintains signal integrity by blocking disruptive EMI / RFI noise
  • Supports compliance with global electromagnetic compatibility requirements
  • Strong adhesion ensures long-lasting bond and shielding durability
  • Easy to apply on plastics and complex geometries for flexible design integration
  • Lightweight, non-metallic solution that streamlines enclosure design

Electrically Conductive Adhesives – Epoxy systems loaded with high conductivity silver powder. These products are easy to use and a practical alternative when soldering is not feasible.

Carbon Conductive Paint – Excellent for grounding paint, electrical contact paint, or carbon shielding paint in low-frequency RFI shielding applications.

Graphite Conductive Paint – This economical anti-static material reduces low-frequency EMI/RFI. It cures to a smooth, durable finish and is resistant to abrasion, oxidation, and extreme thermal cycling – making it a great choice for outdoor treatments.

Nickel Conductive Paints – In addition to EMI/RFI shielding, nickel is also ferromagnetic and shields the magnetic component.

Silver-Coated Copper Conductive Paints – Highly conductive silver-coated copper flake creates a smooth, hard, and abrasion-resistant finish.

Silver Conductive Paints – Highest conductivity, and cures to a smooth, hard, and abrasion-resistant surface.
